Matthew 6:26
Look at the birds in the air. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns. But your heavenly Father feeds the birds.
Matthew 6:25-26 So I tell you, don’t worry about the food you need to live. And don’t worry about the clothes you need for your body. Life is more important than food. And the body is more important than clothes. Look at the birds in the air. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns. But your heavenly Father feeds the birds. And you know that you are worth much more than the birds.
Our Heavenly Father really wants you to eat many fresh vegetables and bread. He also likes people to eat potatoes even though they are not thought of much as vegetables. You could also have can food for the winter but not all year round. He also wanted rice, bread and vegetables for the most part, you can eat. He allows pork, but did not want meat that much. He said people would feel better if they eat more vegetables and less meat. It is important to rinse your food off, even frozen vegetables. It is important to Our Heavenly Father for people to have nourishment, but eat less meat. We thought you might be interested in this. We thought it would make all of you feel better and spend more time with the lord. Fish is also a good food, but you have to watch where it comes from. Fresh fruits are very important also, but for those who cannot have much fresh fruit due, canned fruit such as peaches, pears, and fruit cocktail. Make sure the sugar is rinsed off the fruit before you eat it. Rinse off any canned goods, and the frozen food and you will be fine. That is then almost like out of the garden. Rinsing all the sugars off makes the fruit taste fresh out of the garden too.
Closing prayer; Help us to make good choices about the food we eat. Help us to think about eating more vegetables and fruits instead of meat. We ask you to help us in Jesus name, Amen.
Prayer of Salvation to become a child of Our Heavenly Father. Lord Jesus, I confess my sins and ask for your forgiveness. Please come into my heart as my Lord and Savior. Take complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and I know you will answer my prayers. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
