Sunday sermon Jeremiah chapters 15 to 20

1. Holy, holy, holy! Lord God Almighty!
Early in the morning our song shall rise to thee.

God in three persons, blessed Trinity!

casting down their golden crowns around the glassy sea;

Sermon:
Our Heavenly Father let Jeremiah know that as long as he walks closely with him and does what he tells him, Jeremiah will be used as Our Heavenly Father’s vessel to let the people of Jerusalem know to come back to him and it was time for change. Our Heavenly Father tells Jeremiah not to be in a relationship with anyone and not have many parties with the people because they are not well. Jeremiah asks Our Heavenly Father for help because he wants to turn away from any sin and follow him. When Jeremiah went to the Potters house and saw all the clay pots being fixed and made better, he prayed and asked Our Heavenly Father to help make the lives of the people in Judah better and himself. Jeremiah is also commanded by Our Heavenly Father to take new jars of clay to the gate of a church. This is where many people received a message from Our Heavenly Father about thier lives getting better. A big part of that message is not to give up on any situation life might bring you.

Closing Prayer; Heavenly Father, we pray you would open the eyes of the people of Israel and soften their hearts to believe in you and your word, to trust the gospel. We pray for that. In their lives, we pray for this in our lives. In Jesus name. Amen.
Prayer of Salvation to become a child of Our Heavenly Father. Lord Jesus, I confess my sins and ask for your forgiveness. Please come into my heart as my Lord and Savior. Take complete control of my life and help me to walk in Your footsteps daily by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord for saving me and I know you will answer my prayers. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
